“Every 5 minutes there’s somethin’, a bomb or somethin’. I’m leavin’. bzzzz.”
I’ve said this before, but it bears repeating: If you don’t understand my love of this movie, then we really shouldn’t be friends.

30 Day Video Game Challenge - Day 28
Day 28 - Favorite game developer.
Surprise, surprise another one that had me torn lol. I was going to say Bethesda, just because I appreciate and respect all the work that goes into those huge ass games they make, or Frictional Games for making all these awesome, indie, really well-made games, or Irrational because of, obviously, System Shock and Bioshock which are beautiful atmospheric games, or Naughty Dog for actually caring about character development in their games, or Ubisoft for Assassin’s Creed and giving us fans more of the series while protecting the IP, or Valve because of how well they treat their customers…
Hm, yeah I’m going to go with Frictional just because they’re an indie company that really seem to combine most of what I appreciate in other developers. I know their catalog is basically all survival-horror at the moment, and that I haven’t actually named any of Penumbra games or Amnesia in this challenge so far, but the games are great and the developer is great. And even though they’re an independent developer, their games are so good they still sell quite well and make top 10 lists. I’ve got a great respect for them for those reasons, and because they’re still going strong. I like what that represents lol.

Note: While the other developers actually made some of my most favorite games, they’ve also made some not-so-good games, and/or have done some questionable things, which is why I didn’t chose any of them.
30 Day Video Game Challenge - Day 26
Day 26 - Best voice acting.
omg this is so ridiculously difficult. I suppose I could go with the most obvious choice and say the voice acting in the Uncharted series (because really, it’s phenomenal), LA Noire (obviously), or Portal 2 (funny, sad, and scary!), or maybe Assassin’s Creed 2, Brotherhood, and Revelations (Ezio, my god), or Batman Arkham Asylum & City (with THE Batman and Joker), or Red Dead Redemption (John Marston - a man that can be badass and sweet!), or Bioshock (Andrew Ryan and Sander Cohen, just thinking of them sends a shiver down my spine D:), or… many, many others. Voice acting has improved exponentially over the years with regards to gaming. And it’s still getting better and better— it’s amazing, really.
